How do I know I can trust the cleaning staff?
We do are our best to make sure that our maids have a history of being careful when working with and around your belongings. You also have peace of mind in knowing that you are protected against breakable or damaged items that may occur while the maids clean your home. Do I have to be home as the maids are there cleaning?This is your personal choice. Many of our clients prefer to give us a key. Others prefer to be present while we clean. What hours during the day do the maids clean?Our maid crews are on duty from 8 AM to 5 PM. How do I pay?You would be better at answering this one on the backend. Do they bring their own supplies?Yes, Our crews come prepared with all the cleaning supplies. Some clients prefer that we use their chemicals, or a specialized products that are manufactured recommended. How do I prepare my home to be cleaned before the maids arrive?We request that our clients provide the maids with a clutter-free environment. This allows are maids to better clean your counter tops, sinks, vanity tops etc... Will each houseclean cost the same amount?The first time clean always costs more, this allows our maids to detail your home top to bottom. After the first time clean, you will be set up with a weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly clean at a much lower cost. Will the same girls clean my home each time?We always do our best to send the same girls to clean your home. Most of our clients know our girls by name. What happens if the maids break something in my home?If any items are broken or damaged please notify us within 24 hours, We are fully licensed, bonded and insured. How long are the maids in my home?Depending on the size of your home, It may take the maids anywhere from 2-4 hours, with the maids usually working in teams of two. Are there extra charges of hidden fees?No. The initial clean always takes longer, this gives us time to detail your entire home. After the first clean, we will have a better idea on how long it will take to clean your home and how we can save us time and save you money. What if I am not happy with the service?If you are not satisfied, please call us and we will send someone out to reclean the area in question at no added cost. How many maids do you send out?Generally, we send out teams of 2 maids. For larger projects, we may send out teams of 3 and 4. What about my pets?We are a pet friendly company. But we ask that you secure your pets before the maids arrive or offer special instructions and how you would like our maids to work around your pets. How do I pay?We accept all major credit cards, you will be charged after every clean. What is your cancellation policy?We require that you cancel no later than 24 hours before your scheduled clean. |
